Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & New Business Development
• Product & Sample Development for PRE-Vision 
• Pre-Trip Activities
• Buy trip, Order Confirmation & Quote sheet Keying
• Post-Trip Follow Up & Order Execution
• Supervision & Follow up function
• Educate Supplier & Provide effort on Awareness building
• Coordination with other internal department
• Report
• People Development & Maintenance

Educational Requirements: Post Graduate in Commerce/ Textile or relevant subject with knowledge in Textiles/ Fashion Designing/ Apparel manufacturing.

Experience Requirements:

• 5 years experience in similar industry/ apparel business with a buying house/export house as soft lines Merchandiser.
• Solid knowledge of supply chain, logistics and procurement operations.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Skills in interpersonal communication,
• Have excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
• Skills in reports writing Candidate must be Skilled in supervision and  People management.
• Able to interact with external agencies and get the maximum benefit for the company and maintain multiple disciplines simultaneously.
• Capable to understand others and work in a team,
• Able to demonstrate proactive stance and a high level of transparency.
• Able to provide attention to details
• Very good negotiation skills in working with suppliers on product, price and delivery.
• Excellent aptitude to understand others and work in a team,
