Job Description / Responsibility: Group Formation, Mobilization, Beneficiary Selection, input Distribution, organize and facilitate training

Job Requirements:

• Educational Requirements: Graduate
• Age limit: 30-35 years
  
• Experience Requirements: Three years experience in disaster management and development field  

Additional Job Requirements

• Three years experience in Disaster Preparedness specially on Flood
• Trained in PRA, community mobilization, group management etc.
• Relief & rehabilitation with development issues.
• Proven working experience with NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders  
• God communication skills
  

Salary: 12,000 (consolidated)
