M2SYS Technology is currently looking for a Manager (R & D, Engineering)/ Technical Lead to join us as a full time team member. We are looking a strong Manager(R & D) /Technical Lead who is technology agnostic, a leader and is willing to learn. He will have a varying degree of responsibility for designing, running, implementations, coding on development projects. The Manager(R & D) /Technical Lead  is responsible for coordinating efforts of all the technical team members on the projects as well as: standards governance, adherence to best practices, conducting reviews, making presentations, conflict resolution, consensus building and making and implementing process improvements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leadership skills: This is a very senior technical position with team leadership responsibility. We have a diverse technology stack: C++, C#, .NET, RDMS Oracle, MS SQL, MYSQL, Tomcat, Apache, COM , J2EE/Java, JBOSS, WebSphere etc.
  • Technical Skills: Must have skills in both a procedural programming language (e.g. C, C++, JAVA, C# etc.); in addition:
  • 4+ years programming experience in C++/ Java/ C#. Teaching experience will not be counted as real programming experience.
  • Experience with web technologies such as AJAX/ ExtJS/ java script.
  • Proper understanding of OLE, OLE Automation, ActiveX, COM+ and DCOM technologies.
  • Web application development experience JSP/ PHP/ASP/ ASP.NET.
  • Strong application integration experience (e.g. SOA, enterprise service bus, message brokers, MQ Series, Web services, JMS, CORBA, TIBCO etc.) between the different technology stacks.
  • Development experience on IIS/ Tomcat/ Weblogic/ Websphere/ Apache platform(s)
  • Excellent communication skill in English.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Should be able to work under pressure.
  • Must have passion for software development.

Educational Requirements: B.Sc (Hons.) or M.Sc in CS/ CSE with a good academic record.
Note: Foreign universities are preferred

Experience Requirements: At least 5 year(s)
