IIM is the oldest & largest IT export company in Bangladesh. It serves several Fortune500 companies and many blue chip clients from around the world. Currently, we are looking for bright and motivated individuals to join our FAST TRACK MANAGEMENT TEAM.

PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

Successful candidate will initially start off in the production floor, and spend couple of months to understand the project needs. As a PM, responsibilities will involve supervising and managing data processing teams. Tasks are supervising daily production, capacity planning, QC, training, meeting quality standards and project deadlines. Ability to manage people and delegate task are a must. Candidates are expected to work long hours. We are looking for people with following profile:

1. MUST have excellent command over English language, both written and verbal.
2. Minimum Bachelors degree, in any discipline but with at least 2 first divisions or equivalents. Math or Science background preferred.
3. Familiarity with MS Office. Knowledge of other computer languages and/or operating system is a plus.
4. Willingness to work long hours and under strict deadlines.
